Since I joined Pembrokeshire as Chief Executive in 2021, I have been hugely impressed by the passion and dedication of our officers and members, and their shared commitment to delivering the best possible outcomes for our residents.

As part of our journey towards being an even better organisation, we are looking to recruit for this critical post.

Head of Planning

We are seeking an experienced planning professional to lead the function. You will provide expertise, leadership and direction to our team as it grows in size to better meet the needs of our communities.

We welcome applications from candidates currently working for other local authorities, or from candidates who have moved away from local government looking to return. Critical to success will be your ability to demonstrate your leadership skills, and ability to build and develop a team.
